AI daily reports
Staff type “report” on LINE. The AI asks the questions one by one – site, work done, hours, materials, problems, tomorrow’s plan – and files the report. Injuries and problems are flagged to managers at once.
Automatic translation
Each employee picks a language (Thai, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Burmese, English and more). Messages from SAIHAI arrive in that language, and what they write reaches the company in Japanese.
Attendance and expenses on LINE
Clock in and out by sending a word. Send a photo of a receipt and the AI reads it. Managers approve with one tap.
A morning briefing for the owner
Every morning the AI reviews the numbers and the reports, and sends only what needs a decision today: overdue payments, approvals, problems on site.
